Legal Intern

• Commercial contracts: Drafted and reviewed MoU and commercial contracts. Prepared and conducted presentations. Worked within a team of solicitors and businessmen to prepare and conduct negotiations for transnational commercial agreements. 
• Litigation: Drafted claims and defences. Assisted in negotiations for and drafted extrajudicial settlement agreements.
• Used my communication skills to build relationships with clients and to extrajudicially settle claims with counterparties. Approached disputes proactively, focusing on accuracy and agility of the legal arguments.
• I was the first contact for providing urgent legal advice to clients. Deployed time-management skills and critical thinking to prioritise scheduled and emerging tasks.
• Provided on‑the‑job training and supervised new members of the staff (solicitors and secretaries).

Trainee Solicitor - Specialisation: Commercial and Corporate law

• Shadowed the Senior Barrister of the office in Court Hearings and negotiations for commercial contracts.
• Achieved an increase of the speed and efficiency of the team’s work, by reorganising the physical and virtual databases and introducing a new system for keeping track of the upcoming hearings and the expected judicial outcomes, on my own initiative.

Think Learn Create - Center of Technology and Education

• Drafted the articles of association. Managed emerging everyday legal issues.
• Negotiated and drafted contracts between the company and independent associates of the TLC Robotics League.

Legal Counsel

Ministry of Justice (Greece)

• Organised, led and held the voting procedure for the Municipal and the Communal Elections of the 26th May 2019.
• Managed the elections’ team, while working in an environment of high responsibility that required absolute focus and attention to detail for 20 consecutive hours.

Judicial Representative

• Assisted the Judicial Representative during the voting procedure for the General Elections of the 20th September 2015.
• Prepared, organised and held the voters’ books, during the voting procedure.

Secretary to the Judicial Representative

Dual-Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales and EU jurisdictions) combining a strong academic training in maritime law and specialised practical experience in maritime disputes (dispute resolution, arbitration and English litigation). My legal expertise is accompanied by an excitement for the shipping industry, which originated from my family's sea-faring background.

Other than a lawyer, I am a physics enthusiast (excited about the Many Worlds interpretation), an athlete (member of the Camden Panthers Basketball team) and a musician (violin, piano, vocals).
