Responsible for managing the Three Academy which is our inhouse professional development offering to employees who want to upskill and obtain qualifications currently within Digital, Finance or Project Management at beginner, intermediate or advanced level. 

I manage 'Three Academy' which launched in 2022 and includes three different skill academies (Digital, Finance and Project Management Academy). We have seen a significant number in uptake from our people keen to develop themselves further professionally and personally. 

Together with my team, I manage applications, eligibility, onboarding with learning providers cross-geography (UK & IRE), track progress as well as ensuring there's a strong Three community that learners feel part of before, during and after qualifying.
