I bridge the gap between strategy and creative implementation. As a Creative Portfolio Manager, I consider every creative project and its potential to achieve business goals. Effectively balance the implementation of creative initiatives with the potential return on investment.  

I manage the team of Creative Project Leads that help the creative department and the organization to predict outcomes and plan for projects that will offer the best results. While maintaining a singular strategic plan that drives transformation programs and facilitates the prioritization of decisions across all different departments that interact with the creative department.

Creative Portfolio Manager

Part of the Creative Leadership team and reporting to the Creative Director, I execute projects in constant collaboration with senior and executive stakeholders in the business.

I assemble temporary creative teams with the Art Director to execute, organise and drive the overall creative project forward from early concept right through to delivery.

I estimate the budget and art resources needed to deliver a project, define milestones, set the pace through meetings, as well as create follow-ups to evaluate the talent team’s output in order to ensure objectives are met.

Across different categories of projects like branding, UI, marketing...

I worked closely with Front-End Developers, Designers, Illustration, Digital Designers, and Motion Graphics & 3D, I aligned them as a team and collaborated on projects, making sure they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
