It was 1997 and I was 13, selling pirated video games to my entire school on 3.5'' diskettes.
The "company" was called CompuGames. And we even had a GeoCities website.
That's when I understood: tech + sales + marketing. That was my thing.

Twenty-something years later, not much has changed — except the diskettes.

I run GTM systems for B2B SaaS companies doing $1M–$5M ARR. 
And I still get the same feeling I got at 13: this machine can work better. Let me find the levers.


Most founders at this stage hit the same wall: 
Revenue is flowing. Customers are happy.  But behind the curtain:

→ Pipeline is inconsistent
→ CRM data is unreliable
→ More tools, same confusion

That's not a lead problem. It's a systems problem.
I call it the Process-Market Fit gap, and it's exactly where I work.

I stopped building n8n workflows the old way. Claude Code changed the game:


I build the outline, Claude creates the nodes and adds the prompts.

Here's how I did it in the past:

I'd ask Claude to write a prompt for a workflow → copy the JSON → paste it into n8n → test it → errors → debug it → repeat, until it works.

One workflow alone cost me nearly a day, half spent hunting a single bad prompt in a nested node.

Now, Claude Code connects to my n8n instance and writes prompts straight into the workflow.

→ I enter plan mode.
→ I outline the workflow structure and outcomes.
→ Claude Code opens the workflow and adds the prompts and nodes.

That's it.

Claude Code now helps me build n8n workflows 10x faster.

Yesterday I shipped an end-to-end scraper that tracks a signal for a B2B SaaS company. That previously would have taken a full afternoon.

I told Claude to use Apify to scrape jobs, N8N to orchestrate, and Baserow to store them. It wired the prompts and nodes without me opening a node editor. Insane.

So now everything happens in Claude Code's chat, and I'm the architect. 

I'm just prompting and telling Claude code which tools to use and how.

No more bouncing back and forth between data flow design and system message writing.

I keep the human work where it makes sense. I decide WHAT the automation should do and HOW data should move.


At this rate, my entire GTM will be run by Claude, and I'm not the least bit worried.
