29k, a non profit tech start up on a mission to make transformational growth available to everyone. By exploring how to combine science and tech, we aim to help the lives of millions. 29k was founded in 2016 by Norrsken Foundation, www.norrskenfoundation.org, and Ekskäret Foundation, www.ekskaret.se. 

Worked closely with the CEO in establishing the company strategy and was solely responsible for building the team from scratch. 

Recruited a full stack senior product team with sought after former employees from Spotify, Facebook and Unibet. 

In charge of company financials, year on year budgeting, follow ups, banking & main contact with accounting firm.

Responsible for brand development together with brand & design consultants. Launched new brand implemented at the website and in social media channels.

I was the first employee to join the team of 4 founders, shortly after the company launched its first service in 2010. 

Part of the strategic management team, and as COO in charge of the operations concerning the delivery of all client campaigns. Worked with clients in 36 countries including IKEA, H&M, Autodesk, Schneider Electrics, IBM and The Economist. 

Was the main driver in developing the commercial offer to our clients and creating a blueprint for our internal operational processes, to deliver client success. Recruited and managing around 30% of all employees.

Developing a five-year competition program together with the Swedish Institute and numerous Swedish Universities with the objective of promoting Sweden as Study Destination to prospective students in Brazil, India, the U.S., China and Indonesia. The program resulted in significant increases (50-500%) in applications to the universities.

Received a Minor Field Study scholarship from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA). A field research trip to Dhaka, Bangladesh was conducted in April and May 2010.
