I currently work at Holistika as Head of Research, where I evaluate, understand, and design user behavior and experience for various products and services. I have a passion for consumer behavior and neuromarketing, which I pursued through my Master of Science degree from the University of Barcelona and my specialization in User Experience Research and Design from the University of Michigan. In my previous role as a UX Researcher at Synergies Corp., I worked with the client First American Title Insurance Company, aiding in the research portion of their ClarityFirst product. I conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, and analyzed data to provide insights and recommendations for improving the product's functionality and user satisfaction. I also collaborated with the design and development teams to ensure the product met the user's needs and expectations.
