As a Program Manager, I organize and network with pantry 65 pantry leaders of churches and agencies within service to four counties of Northern New Jersey in order to provide food and social services to support their incentives with feeding their communities. Manage one employee and work with 50 volunteers... 
•	Manage and organize weekly schedules for my Coordinator/Driver to distribute foods donated and purchased through FEMA funding for four counties, Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Union. 
•	Responsible for budgeting department spending, and allocation of foods distributed reports. 
•	Present to church youth programs as well as other agencies regarding wellness and poverty to  advocate greater changes within our community. 
•	Organized, and administered to 74 services of the organization with a Christmas holiday program, which services over 1,500 individuals.  
•	Market program incentives and goals through social media and collaboration to support Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowl program, which services those globally and within the local communities. 

Achievements:  Directors recommendation for Financial Task force team.  Interviewed on WPLJ 95.5 NY Radio show for “Bill Ayers Radio Show. “ Why Hunger” to discussion on Catholic Charities services, and greater discussion on the EFNN program.  Built relationship with Catholic Charites USA Emergency Food services to support the hungry serviced in Northern New Jersey.   Fostered connections with outsourced companies to provided already cooked and fresh foods to offer pantries and shelters.  Designed and participated in a “Back Pack” program which services 2,000 homeless students, and built relationships to offer supporting the hungry through various other Christian churches including the Salvation Army.  Fostered relationship with networking with Jewish Family and Children Services that offered a pending press in Bergen Area Newspaper regarding this dynamic connection.

Hobby Quest

Conduct afterschool program for 12-30 Kindergarten to 5th-grade students to enhance empowerment and confidence building through, hands-on strategic and team building programs in learning aviation, fashion and magic. (Part-Time)
•	Design and conduct lessons in various subjects such as magic, fashion, and aviation to foster child’s interpersonal and presentation skills through the assembly of design, structure, and learning performance skills.
