Prior to that I served as the Vice President of Marketing & Operations at The Cowen Group where I was engaged to set and execute strategy to accelerate business growth and performance of the Executive Recruiting and Events divisions. Over my time there, I helped expand the team from 4 to 11, and grow event revenue from $200K to $1.8M annually. I started my career in various administrative support roles, growing quickly into high-level executive support roles, including serving the SVP of Sales and a sales force of 50 at Merrill Corporation as an Executive Assistant. Above all, I am known as a consummate professional always willing to go the extra mile for both my colleagues and clients alike.
