Klépierre (Simon Property Group / BNP Paribas) a leading player in retail real estate, combining development, rental, property and asset management skills. Its portfolio comprises 70 shopping centers in 12 countries in Europe.

Missions:
- Ensuring the successful deployment and activation of the Klépierre digital platform in Europe
- Optimizing overall digital performance in terms of P&L and operational KPIs
- Accelerating digital transformation of shopping malls and investigating digital innovation potential

- Web: launched in January 2014, Klepierre web platform serves as the core to provide engaging content for each malls to shoppers, tenants (B2B), prospective tenants, advertisers. (e.g.: https://val-d-europe.klepierre.fr)
- Mobile: IOS and Android application developed for each mall (Creteil Soleil, 
Belle Epine, ..) to generate business for retailers and analyse shoppers behaviour in mobility.
- Social media: strategy built upon shopper engagement within Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

My contribution:
Federating team of 9 mall marketing managers around the “think global, engage local”: developing a common standard of communication and a media buying platform to optimize budget. Harmonizing speciality leasing processes to improve business generation.

Country Marketing Manager - Hungary

9 M visits/year, 70.000 sqm, part of the (8.5 ha) district rehabilitation project, opened on 2010, October 27th:

Development phase:
- Development of Corvin Plaza brand and positioning
- Launching phase strategy implementation: BtoC and BtoB Ideas Creation 
- Leading quantitative and qualitative market survey 
- Tendering communication and interior design agency and follow up of action plans
- Piloting projects budgets and schedules

- Oversaw valuation and financial performance of 12 shopping centers, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to Klepierre Group.

- Managed a 2 figures million € annual rental income portfolio.

- Collaborated closely with the sales team, aligning performance updates with rental income forecasts to optimize sales strategies and revenue.

- Successfully implemented SAP, enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and improving data management, resulting in increased productivity and cost savings.
