Implement global account strategy and processes to ensure !K7 Label Group’s repertoire achieves maximum revenue.

Build high level relationships with global digital retail accounts. 

Define new release and back catalog campaign initiatives, utilize real-time analytics to re-focus on campaign goals. 

Translate policy changes at digital retailers and evolving key business issues at global accounts across the !K7 label group, develop and communicate new internal processes to reflect these.

Manage issues around the retail supply chain, working closely with Label Management, Operations and Legal. 

Arrange regular account reviews, pro-actively identifying potential growth areas.

Set release priorities with Label Management and Marketing team. 

Manage workload and release priorities across global teams, ensure teams are ahead of the curve.

Negotiate and control pricing tiers, arrange special programs and price campaign initiatives in conjunction with label management.

Management, direction and coordination of U.S. business. 

Responsible for the set up, sales & marketing of all label releases into the US market across the entire label group. 

Working closely with digital retail and physical distribution, hiring PR & Radio retainers, set sales targets, create budgets, approve and control marketing spend on campaigns and office overheads.

Hire, train and manage US team.

Head of US Operations

Management of promotion and marketing campaigns for label releases in the US and rest of the word working closely with !K7 offices in Berlin and London on European campaigns.

Overseeing and managing the manufacture process.

Overseeing all financial aspects of the label: budgeting and cost controlling.

Work closely with A&R and artist management on the creation of new projects.

Marie is Managing Director of North America at the leading independent label Ninja Tune, specializing in strategic leadership, global expansion, and digital innovation. 

She is serving as a Director on the Merlin Board, representing the digital rights of 15% of the global music market and over 30.000 record labels. 

She is also recognized as a three time Billboard Independent Power Player, Honoree of The Alternative Power 100 List and recently published an OP-ED focusing on "How independents can win the AI race" with MBW.
