Additionally, I am / have: - a Founding member of the National Career Development Association’s International Career Services, 2014. - Published author in NCDA’s web magazine Career Convergence. - Selected as a Partner Coach for the Indiana University Alumni Association, 2021. - Trained in Dare to Lead (Dr. Brene’ Brown) through the Skillful Indiana Governor’s Coaching Corps, 2019. - Trained as a Co-Active Coach for 104 hours (2014 - 2016) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). - Achieved certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) through the National Employment Counseling Association (NECA) www.cce-global.org, active since 2013. - Coached global clients and PhD executives through REA - Partners in Transition and thousands of students at the top-ranked Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and am branded “Champion for Students.” - Received a plaque from the Kelley School, staff merit award nomination from the Dean’s Office, March 2017. - Performed more coaching appointments than any other coach at Kelley during my tenure, helping the Kelley School of Business to receive top career services recognition with Bloomberg and Poets & Quants 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017. - Nominated and received two national career services awards for the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University through the National Career Development Association (NCDA), Service to International Students Award in 2014 and Exemplary Career Services Award in 2016. - Planned and implemented just-in-time career development programming and events at the Kelley School of Business. - Managed and trained career coaches and graduate assistants. - Facilitated group sessions as an active member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) on the topic of International Students at annual conferences. - Recruited and mentored top Supply Chain talent as Lead recruiter for the world's largest steel company.
