I coordinate and work in all stages of communication for digital and web content projects:

- content curation and development 
- tone of voice definition, writing & editing
- visual storytelling and related activities (visual mood, images research and editing, photography production, collaboration with graphic designers and videomakers)
- social media strategy, community building and digital PR.

Besides the management of organizational tasks, I focus on how to keep a team committed through collaborative leadership.

Moving has been producing office chairs since 1980 with particular attention to ergonomics and the quality of its products.
As a communication and marketing coordinator I'm in charge of strategy, and I manage suppliers and external collaborators - web, graphics, photography, video. 
I also contribute to new products development.

Pensiero visibile

Pensiero visibile* is a communication agency that integrates humanistic culture with digital and uses storytelling as a tool.

In the first months I mainly dealt with:
- digital communication strategy with a focus on social media;
- implementation of internal communication tools;
- reorganization of workflows and implementation of Asana for project management.

Later, I worked on project management, while continuing to deal with internal processes, people care, strategy and new trends research.

I coordinated works of:
- customer positioning check up (online reputation, analysis of existing communication, competitor analysis);
- study of corporate identity (golden circle, narrative positioning, archetype, storytelling, brand story);
- elaboration of the strategic communication plan;
- logo, naming, corporate identity;
- study and realization of integrated transmedia contents (texts, images, audio, video);
- design and management of digital and non-digital communication tools;
- social media, websites, adv;
- advertising campaigns;
- definition of training courses and personalized events.

Moodart is a Fashion school in Verona, northern Italy. I was engaged as a Personal Branding Trainer for students that were attending different classes: Fashion styling, Fashion content creator, Fashion event and Fashion visual merchandising. Many of them needed a close guidance, from the talent discovery stage to the definition of objectives and communication strategies.
