I have analyzed over 120 in-depth 360 reports and coached more than 120 clients, helping them enhance their leadership skills. I also provide individual and team coaching and workshops on various topics, tailored to the specific needs of each client. In addition to coaching and workshops, I offer counselling based on the principles of transactional analysis, a psychotherapy approach that helps people understand their communication patterns, emotional issues, and life choices. I have a PhD in Pedagogy and a certification in Integrative Constructivist Coaching. I am also an ICF and EMCC accredited coach and a member of the Slovenian Coaching Association.
