An experienced and curious M&A professional. A hands-on manager. Providing legal advice, thinking solutions instead of problems. Always looking for ways to improve processes, to use time and resources more (or most) efficiently, and to reshape the way in which things have always been done. As I have experienced a lack of innovative powers in the legal landscape, I’m on a mission to redefine this legal landscape and to put legal tech to the table. How? By helping lawyers and counsels to apply the right combination of men and machine, and as such assisting them to be more pro-active and more efficient at reduced costs. By making M&A simpler by promoting and introducing legal tech solutions in the different parts of the M&A process, like structuring a VDR, blacklining personal data in a VDR, and analyzing documents in the VDR using AI. By ensuring a more efficient deployment of resources, taking away repetitive tasks, without compromising on quality by, e.g., using contract generation and contract analysis tools. I also still assist and advice DGA’s, smaller and bigger companies during M&A processes and in commercial contracting. Or general counsels and corporate secretaries in case of an overflow of work.
