I have a strong personal drive for digital innovation and product development. Innovations and products that add value to a more sustainable world. With this drive I have built up a track record in product development. With my commercial skills on the one hand and my experience in working with software development teams on the other hand, I add value by building a bridge between business and IT, connecting execution to strategy and building strong product teams. I do this with a getting things done mentality; start, learn, adapt. With that in mind, I strongly believe in adaptive and fluid organisations and self organising teams. This makes me a passionate supporter of the Lean Startup methodology (build, measure, learn) and the agile scrum framework.
