I am a tech leader with over 15 years of experience in software engineering and product management. Through my career I've built a strong background in hands on software development, team leadership, project management and product ownership, having worked on complex corporate systems with billions of dollars in turnover, as well as supporting startups and unicorns in various sectors. I have a Master's Degree in Electronics, multiple certifications and an apetite to always learn more (currently studying at the globally acclaimed ESCP Business School). My mission is to build innovative digital products and successful teams that solve business problems and create value for customers. I enjoy leading and mentoring tech teams, supporting their personal and professional growth, and ensuring a high level of delivery and quality. I also find great joy in guiding non-technical founders and entrepreneurs through the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. I have successfully led software projects in various domains, such as Traffic, Shipbuilding, Finance, Telecommunication, Real-estate, Healthcare, Hospitality, IoT, and much more. I have experience working with distributed and on-site teams, both Agile and Waterfall and I deliver great value through successful cross-cultural management and excellent client expectations management.
