I went from 500 to 10,000 followers in 6 months. Then, I quit. I was exhausted. Burned out. I was trying to grow my design agency, struggling to handle 20 clients at one go, all alone. I tried to raise my rates so I can take care of fewer clients and still survive. Most left to more affordable options. I tried to get help so we could split the work and deliverables. I ended up doing the work because more clients left, claiming designs were not following the brief. At the same time, I was interacting with marketing leaders on LinkedIn. Everything was not aligned. Clients were not happy with my team's designs. I felt like a fraud getting into people's DMs and doing content to get inbound leads. That's when I gave up. I stopped posting on LinkedIn altogether. Then I gathered a plan. To productize my service business so that processes have systems.
