I am a beautician by vocation and have worked in that industry for about a decade. Then one day, seeing how I gladly wrote some content for a job, my boyfriend Davor came up with the idea that I could jump ship and join his marketing agency and that we could turn Fortis into a family business. So I did. All I can tell you is that I love my new career! It’s a much better fit for me. My love for the written word was always there. It has existed since 1996. One of my earliest school memories was about writing content. I wrote the longest essay of all kids in the class. Got an A for it, too.💪 Now, I get to use this love to help other brands leverage the power of content. In my “past life,” I developed a sense of aesthetics, which I transferred to content creation. Today, we are producing engaging and visually appealing SEO content. Content that educates and entertains. Our content provides a great user experience and therefore, ranks high in search results. You see, we at Fortis see SEO content differently. For us, SEO content is an attention-grabbing and brand-building channel, not a direct sales channel. We think companies should be religious about helping their audience and less focused on sales because the latter is a by-product of the former.
