I googled “what is GTM strategy”, read all the top-ranking articles from big companies, and realized I don’t agree with most of them. 
I think they miss a big part of what actually makes a launch successful.

Most jump straight to ICP, messaging, and channels…

but skip deeper business considerations like organizational health, internal operations, resources, founder's background, market and real competitor analysis (not just comparison tables), team motivation and alignment.

👉 For me, GTM is a comprehensive business launch plan, not just a communication plan or a set of campaigns.

That’s what pushed me to start writing my 4th eBook on GTM for a new startup (and you’re looking at one page of it 😄).
