As a Project Manager and Innovation Leader, I coordinated projects and solutions for ePassport and Identification Issuance, Mobile Architecture Software Development Environments, Centralized Issuance Payment Systems with EMV Technologies, Instant Issuance Payment Systems with EMV Technologies, and Planning & Strategic Management. Additionally, I created the Intecsus Academy, providing e-learning methodologies for engineering professionals.
My accomplishments include coordinating the implementation of a training academy and delivering the first ePassport with EAC validation in Latin America for Colombia, resulting in an increase in the company's income by USD 500,000 per month and visa waivers for European countries for Colombians holding the new electronic passport. I also designed, implemented, and delivered Financial Instant Issuance solutions across Colombia, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic, increasing the company's market share for Financial Solutions by 30% outside Colombia and up to 75% inside.
Furthermore, I managed the service delivery team to establish ITIL best practices for support policies and procedures, resulting in a 95% increase in client satisfaction. Lastly, I led the project for a Solution of Virtual Card Identification based on dual-factor authentication, which is projected to increase ID Solutions Sales by USD 1,000,000 per year.

As a Specialist Engineer & Team Leader, I was responsible for delivering projects and solutions for Centralized & Instant Issuance Payment Systems with EMV Technologies, ePassport & Identification Issuance, and Technology Migration. Additionally, I provided specialized support for Service and Support Delivery to specialized solutions with EMV & ID technologies.
My achievements include leading the implementation and development team to deliver the first Financial Instant Issuance in Latin America for retail banking, which increased the company’s value in the market. I also led the design and implementation of an innovative solution that delivered end-to-end Instant Issuance for a major payment network in association with two major big EMV card producers, securing the company two 5-year contracts and a gross income of USD 2.000.000/project during the contracts.
Furthermore, I led the design and implementation of various identification issuance projects, which positioned the company as a major solution player and not just a technology reseller. I also created a service delivery team to attend to the increasing demand for solutions implementation and support required which require the attention of software and hardware professionals, this incremented the response speed to our clients by more than 50%. Additionally, I supported software and hardware-wise peering with the hardware tech support team the biggest EMV perso bureau in the country, helping them maintain their operation to attend a market share greater than 70% on Financial centralized issuance in Colombia.
