I do a lot of stuff. Certainly a lot more than anyone would care to read about here, but here are some highlights:

• Grew quarterly marketing-acquired customers by 351% and marketing-attributed new revenue by 372% in less than 1 year. 

• Recruited and manage a multi-layered marketing organization with 11 top-performing marketers.

• Built messaging framework and sales enablement strategy/content for all target segments: Merchants (SMB/Mid-market/ENT), Marketplaces(i.e. Mercari, GOAT), 3PLs(i.e. ShippingTree, ShipHero), and E-comm Platforms (i.e. Wix, Shopify).

• Crafted pitch and supporting materials for Shippo's $30M series C round.

Zeta Global (Disqus Acquisition)

I led all marketing for Zeta's publisher business and product suite, including Disqus (acquired by Zeta in 2017), AI content personalization, Marketing Automation, and CRM. I oversee product roadmap, GTM strategy, messaging & positioning, sales enablement & collateral, market research & analysis, and funnel optimization. 

I focus on improving synergy and collaboration across customer-facing teams (AM, BD, CS), marketing, product development, and executives to influence product & business strategy, increase customer adoption & satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Some of my key results include:

• Led GDPR compliance effort for Disqus, which as a network sees 2 billion uniques per month, traffic from over 1 million sites and 198 countries, over 200 million users (commenters). On this project I crafted our compliance strategy and collaborated with legal, privacy, product development, and customer success to implement. 

• Introduced GTM and sales enablement strategies for Zeta's entire publisher product suite and trained global AM and BD teams, leading to 200% increase in customers using multiple Zeta products.

Disqus is the web’s favorite audience engagement platform. We exist to help publishers build, grow, and retain loyal audiences on the open web by facilitating meaningful discussions and interactions between publishers and their readers. We reach over 2 billion visitors each month across millions of sites, including 88% of the web’s top 1000 most engaged sites. 

I led Product Marketing for Disqus (acquired by Zeta Global). This included GTM strategy, email automation, content & social media marketing, external communications & PR, and sales enablement. In this role, I worked closely with product development and business stakeholders to successfully launch, drive adoption, and monetize products. 

Some of my successes include:

• Crafted the strategy and led the implementation of a new SaaS subscription business model, which led to Disqus achieving profitability for the first time in its history.

• Launched a new advertising product that increased total revenue by 20%.

• Implemented Disqus' first install-base email marketing automation strategy. Focus was to drive new publisher sign-ups through install, feature adoption, and retention. 

• Managed Disqus' response to a data breach in Oct. 2017. Our quick response and action plan were widely praised by industry insiders and security experts as best-in-class.
