In my advisory role at BizzDesign, I collaborated with the team to identify and apply suitable Product-Led Growth (PLG) tactics within the complex context of their B2B product. We focused on enhancing user experience and emphasizing product value. Our goal was to integrate the strengths of the PLG model into BizzDesign's existing strategy, ultimately fostering sustainable growth and aligning with the company's long-term vision.

Softr

Softr is the easiest no-code platform to create business apps, powered by Airtable data - if you can create a spreadsheet or a presentation, you'll be able to create an app with Softr. Our mission will empower everyone to level up their work and customer experience by creating internal tools or customer portals without the need for development teams.

Developer Ecosystem Growth, Senior Director

As a Product Manager at OutSystems, I was instrumental in driving product innovation and success across our low-code platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I helped identify market needs, develop product strategies, and prioritize feature development to deliver robust solutions that streamlined the application development process for our customers. 

Our team's commitment to customer satisfaction, along with our ability to execute, played a key role in bolstering OutSystems position as a leader in the low-code development space.

As an integral member of the OutSystems team, I had the privilege of serving as the first Technical Training Manager, where collaboration and teamwork were at the heart of our success. Together, we delivered close to 80 training sessions worldwide before expanding our team, demonstrating our commitment to empowering developers. 

Our collective efforts led to the launch of a comprehensive certification program, certifying hundreds of thousands of OutSystems developers globally. 

In parallel, our cohesive team developed an effective online training program, allowing us to reach and educate even more users. 

By working hand-in-hand with the product team, we were able to identify and reduce friction points, optimizing the product's time to value and fostering a seamless experience for all OutSystems developers.

Previously, I was the Head of Growth at softr.io where I helped set up their Growth and Marketing foundation while sustaining incredible growth rates.

Before that, I worked at OutSystems in Services, Training, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and Growth. In my last few years at OutSystems, I helped grow the developer community to hundreds of thousands of developers and led the Product-led Growth program.

I needed to buy a product analytics tool for my 100-person team.

I started with the market leader 🔵. They had a freemium version, so I signed up and began exploring.

The docs weren't helping, so I reached out for support.

A sales rep quickly booked a call with me. But instead of helping, he immediately started qualifying me: team size, budget, timeline.

I spent half the call answering his questions just to get basic setup help.

After all that, he wouldn't share real pricing. Just gave me some vague "starts at" number that told me nothing about actual costs.

Then he said I couldn't get technical support without signing a contract first.

I told him I wouldn't sign anything without testing if the product actually worked for our use case.

His response? "Can't help you."

So I tried PostHog. Same self-service signup, but when I hit an issue and reached out, their customer success person solved my problem immediately.

They talked transparently about pricing and how it scales with usage.

We became PostHog 🔴 customers that day. Two years later, we're still with them.

I've recommended PostHog multiple times since then.

No referral fees, just genuine gratitude.

That other tool didn't just lose one customer. They probably lost ten by now.

I often tell this story to teams looking improve their product evaluation or cut sales cycles. To me, this is what product-led growth is about: make your product easy to evaluate, easy o buy, easy to adopt.
