I am a leader, military veteran, and entrepreneur, focused on solving 21st century problems by developing high performing professionals, and coaching them to success. People are my passion! I have led high performing teams and did this through building relationships, cultivating team chemistry, and focusing on developing people to help lead them to their best self. My passion for entrepreneurship led me to form a sports agency, and represent baseball players as an MLBPA Agent. I have helped players secure contracts during COVID, and provided mentoring, professional development support, and business opportunities. I have helped my clients navigate off-field challenges so they can focus their efforts and energy on the field. My experience as a baseball agent has afforded me insight into player development, and more specifically, how individual, and group/team leadership and professional development coaching, can help high performers be their best self both on and off the field. I want to bring value added professional development coaching into player development as a consultant. Also, as an entrepreneur, I have seen first hand the value of coaching--both as a client and a coach. I know coaching can help entrepreneurs/founders overcome the pressures of launching their start-up. Leadership coaching can help founders identify their strengths and weaknesses, and help them understand how to serve their investors, shareholders, and employees more authentically. Coaching can drive a founder to improve their wellness as well as provide a supportive foundation to help them build and maintain healthy relationships in their sphere of influence. My demonstrated leadership and ability to build relationships, has allowed me to succeed across the different roles I've held. I was recognized by my colleagues and received an award for exemplary leadership while I was on Active Duty. My work ethic, leadership, and professional approach have been recognized by a Fortune 10 company executive, C-Suite Consultant, and former MLB General Manager. Now, all this really means is I have been fortunate to be surrounded by great people who have made me look good! My only real skills are building relationships, connecting others, and figuring out what I don't know. Also, I'd say I'm good at serving those I lead to personal and professional success!
