Channel Bakers, a B2B agency in global retail digital media, e-commerce, and SaaS ad-tech, scaled over 1300%  across US, EMEA & APAC in three years while bootstrapped. As a key Amazon partner managing high-volume ad-spend, rapid global mobility was vital to its success. I served as part of the executive leadership team, working directly with the CEO/Founder and President.

Led and developed People vertical across the US, EMEA & APAC (People Operations, Talent, Learning & Development / Organizational Development) with 12 multi-discipline People professionals.

Crafted HR & Talent strategies to enable rapid new and competitive market entrances (EoR with Globalization Partners, Amazon partnerships, local HR consultants, etc).

Led business through 3 considerable restructuring and change management initiatives to support scalability with no turnover or impact on engagement scores.

Architected a People tech stack to support business efficiency and employee satisfaction (Lattice, Paylocity, Rippling, Bamboo HR, Lever, LearnUpon). 

Enabled strategic global talent acquisition, retention, and professional development, reinforcing the company's position in competitive markets, maximizing employee experience, and enabling fiscal efficiency.

Established the first DEIB framework, translating into improved employee satisfaction scores and globally inclusive operational standards

Drove organizational performance through C-suite collaborations, consistently providing strategic HR insights to align with business goals and foster sustainable company growth

Led the regional HR & Learning and Development team for the UAE flagship location and a global top 3 location, supporting 1000+ employees

Oversaw the entire employee life-cycle from hiring, onboarding, employee relations case management, performance management, and offboarding or termination processes.

Managed relationships with third-party labor vendors for volume roles and ensured governmental compliance.

Advised leadership and personnel on driving HR policies, contractor and local government negotiations, and business strategy implementation.

Oversaw all HR administration and actions (HRIS, payroll, onboarding, scheduling, etc.).

Responsible for complex workforce planning and human capital budget management.
