Responsible for day to day communications from remote software developers about our product needs, business decisions, technical questions, and best practices. As well as handle system integrations, data manipulation, and issue escalation. Create roadmap, code validation, and quality assurance.

My Day-to-Day:
I am a server-side development team member responsible for content acquisition at DirectEmployers Association (a rogue? a paladin? a druid, if you will). I embark on a daily journey with my bag-o-tricks  (from API implementations to Web Crawling) - and trusty Java and SQL as my primary weapons; to battle, conscript, and slash through layers of poorly formatted HTML, invalid JSON, and non-validated XML in the foreign lands of the interwebs, cookie monsters, and AJAX dragons. My goal? To ensure we are successful in our mission: deliver quality data to our partners; for job distribution and compliance purposes. Of course, I cannot forget to mention my awesome side arm: C# - my support language, and healing staff of automation.

Control incoming calls and work hand in hand with the Office Operations Manager. Track inventory and perform deposits for the multiple accounts belonging to the non-profit. Review or otherwise translate documents consistently and with a high degree of accuracy, while keeping in mind cultural differences with Latin-American regions.
