A self-proclaimed multi-passionate entrepreneur with a touch of ADHD and a whole lot of sassy attitude. Marisa owns Venus Promotions (an event-forward promotions and marketing agency), Nine Waves Media (a hybrid publishing company) and Venus Vision (a software as a service platform). Her biggest asset and detriment is the amount of care and time she pours into her clients and their business. Marisa Brown founded Venus Promotions in 2019 with the intention of bringing a fresh and unique perspective to the promotions industry. Marisa’s primary purpose is to help her clients grow by honing in on and expanding their potential. She serves her clients by utilizing a straightforward and innovative style that creates engagement with their brand through ideas, content, and events. As a native southern Oregonian, she loves to be close to the community and is the micro-events marketing and program liaison for the Women’s Leadership Conference of Southern Oregon. When she’s not looking for opportunities to help women grow and expand their businesses, she’s busy being a mom to three amazing kiddos, a partner to a supportive entrepreneur, and dedicated to working on her overall health and wellness. And of course purple is her favorite color. It’s the only color…duh. 💜
