I always thought my dream was to be an actress on Broadway, memorizing lines and working on my vocal skills. And then I took a social media class...

Throughout my time in college I was able to study in numerous different fields while getting my BA in Mass Communications. From sociology to philosophy, statistics to physics and neuroscience to music history, I was able to create a very well rounded, customized education.

During college, I worked for nonprofits and followed on that journey for what was a total of 9 years. Once I decided to leave nonprofits, I ended up in the sports and recreation industry in their events and communications department. I continued on my "corporate America" journey and have yet to stop.

This Broadway dreams girl ended up near Broadway, just a different one.

And all in all, I'm just happy I get to talk to people everyday.
