I always thought my dream was to be an actress on Broadway, memorizing lines and working on my vocal skills. And then I took a social media class...

Throughout my time in college I was able to study in numerous different fields while getting my BA in Mass Communications. From sociology to philosophy, statistics to physics and neuroscience to music history, I was able to create a very well rounded, customized education.

During college, I worked for nonprofits and followed on that journey for what was a total of 9 years. Once I decided to leave nonprofits, I ended up joining "corporate America" for the first time. But the most amazing thing about nonprofit work is that it truly prepares you for anything, and about 1 year into "corporate America," I started volunteering again. I guess I couldn't stay away. 


And all in all, I love making an impact, feeling fulfilled and working with local communities.
