•	Oversee two premium club outlets and the media/press outlet in Minute Maid Park.
•	Manage a premium liquor inventory for both Diamond & Insperity Clubs 
•	Execute the food and beverage service for major park events (Astros Gala, Shriners College Classic)  
•       Recruit, train, and manage a staff of 50+ part-time employees, and four supervisors/captains

•	Visualized an event guest "journey map" to identify pain points, service missteps, and areas to optimize training and coaching
•	Revamped event service standards which improved center NPS (net promoter score) from 44.9 in FY 2018 to 82.1 in FY 2019
•	FY 2019-Generated an additional $13,000 in event revenue through on-site sales and event enhancements
•	Drove a 240% increase in event arcade revenue during month 12 of FY 2019
•	Revised our hourly associate training and strategically aligned objectives with the monthly mystery shop reports, increasing our mystery shop score from 65% to 86% in one month 
•	Aggressively managed center labor by cross-training, saving an average of 20 hours/week
•	Aggregated guest service comments and event survey information to help create/improve associate training and center’s overall service level

If I could choose a perfect job title for myself, it'd be "Curator of Community".

Events have the unique ability to unite people from all walks of life like no other. Think of your favorite sports team; fans are most likely scattered across the globe. They all look different, speak different languages, work in different industries, have different political leanings and yet they all have common ground. While spectating the game, for a few hours, they are all the same, bonding over a game. This is what I live for.  I enjoy planning and executing great experiences for people--and I've had the pleasure of doing this in higher education, entertainment, professional & collegiate sports.
