Lead and manage the enablement intelligence portfolio (i.e. enabling all 
departments/functions) to achieve timely, standardized, available, accurate, and well-governed
information on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual frequency.
Oversee the measurement of performance of the current processes, technology, and network, the
analysis of this performance data as an input to Service Level Agreements / Commitments
(SLAs/SLCs), and identify opportunities for improvements.
Understand the contextual basis and landscape from which reports need to be drawn in a complex
Group environment and steering the Business Intelligence (BI) team to extract meaningful business intelligence reports, based on multiple data sources.
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance as a global business service and execute /
support individual, departmental, and functional reporting requirements.
Facilitate the definition and development of key performance measures and metrics.
Translate business strategy, objectives, and requirements into performance metrics and targets as
well as on a functional/departmental level.
Direct and oversee the BI team to consolidate functional inputs into summarized management
reports and integrate new report design when and as needed.
Guide and steer performance management tracking and trend analysis to determine
enhancements.
Interface with data science team to contextualize any digitalization or automation requirements to
improve efficiency and effectiveness of business reporting.
Source, coordinate, consolidate, visualize, and standardize all top line business performance
measure and reporting requirements.
Support data collection and analysis and guarantee data integrity on which reporting is based
through adherence to policies, procedures, and standards. Identify and raise exceptions to data
integrity.

Performance Management and Reporting Manager

Responsibilities: 
1.	Development, implementation and integration of performance measurement & reporting solutions. Corporate performance management system and STI dashboard.
2.	Oversee consistent measuring, monitoring and analysis of performance measures.
3.	Subject Matter expert to assist all areas with KPI definition and tracking
4.	Ensure effective and efficient performance reporting by integrating IM process of performance measurement & system automation solutions.
5.	Reporting should be of a standard that it can influence decision-making.
6.	Ensure alignment to Group measurement standards including HR, SHE, Finance, Supply Chain.
7.	Verify compliance of STI dashboard against Group Policy prior to submission to REMCO
8.	Gathering and collating results to ensure auditable information for incentive scheme.
9.	Identify gaps between current performance and the expected/benchmarked performance.

11.	Ensure PDRI analysis is performed on KPIs which perform below target

1.      Compile and publish Business Processes for P&RM department including measures for process health checks. Amend and publish work request Work Process QMS.
2.	Build WBS structures for FY.
3.	Governance and controls maintained on loading of WBS’s. SOX Testing.
4.	Reporting on WBS process and specific WBS structure.
5.	Publish yearly process forms and associated rate tables. 
6.	Capital Project Risk Management: Compile Risk Management QMS. Facilitate Risk Bow Tie Workshops. Sasol Enterprise Risk Management Framework roll-out. Microsoft Project software.
