•Responsible for the recruitment delivery for Maersk Group in: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, 
• Selecting candidates by conducting phone interviews, 
• Setting and executing sourcing strategy on various markets, 
• Sourcing candidates through different channels, 
• Qualifying candidates by conducting telephone interviews, 
• Shortlisting and presenting candidates to hiring managers/on-site team, 
• Managing relationships with different stakeholders to ensure best in class service, 
• Ensuring stakeholders' and candidates' satisfaction and constantly aiming to improve the service.

•	Active search and use of social media channels, conducting fair and impartial interviews to find the best candidates and to expand the talent pool of the company,
•	To minimize the number of candidates rejected on second interview, by ensuring the same meet the company’s criteria, 
•	Organizing recruitment days in different countries and providing statistical report of steady supply of applicants recruited ,
•	To create and maintain accurate reporting to the business including KPIs, key objectives and PDR’s team.

An excellent professional with plenty of years of international experience in the sphere of the Customer service, in particular- recruiting and managing human resources. Involvement in different projects of recruitment and management of people in Poland, Spain, France and onboard various cruise vessels. One of the strongest skills is I possess is understanding to the diversity of different cultures working together in to achieve the same goal.
