I was employed by Hedley's Humpers Ltd. In London from September 2000 in the Finance Department. My role changed over the years and in 2004, I worked for the company's New York office as a Finance Manager, part of the Management Team. In 2008, I returned and worked for the London office in various roles a Finance and Business Manager and often commuted between our London and New York office. In 2014 my role as part of the Management Team was solely  dedicated to our New York office until April 2019.

Here we go again .... the infamous WHY. 

A few years ago, I joined an MLM company, and the first thing I was told was: “You need to know your WHY.” 
And honestly? I’d roll my eyes and think, what’s that even supposed to mean? 
It took me years, a few career pivots, and countless late-night reflections to realize that the question isn’t as simple as it sounds.  

My life kept evolving, and every time I thought I’d found my WHY, it shifted. What I eventually understood is that my drive wasn’t rooted in a single defining purpose, it was about impact.

There are a lot of business coaches who have extensive experience. Their programs are often impersonal, with a cookie-cutter approach. My approach is focused on results. It's highly personalized. 

I'm creative and have worked under extreme pressure and know how to steer my clients toward their vision and goals. I become part of their business on the coaching side and work with them every step of the way. 

Who would have thought that my journey would begin with a fun palm reading with a friend who was taught by an old Indian nanny to read palms, I was just 10 years old, I was told I will explore the world and live in different countries, learn new languages and embrace different cultures? 

I travelled the world and lived in many different cities. Creating businesses internationally. A born entrepreneur everyone would say, I believe it’s just all about business. 

I worked for Hedley’s Fine Art Group for over 20 years between London and New York, starting with different roles and being promoted to be part of a management team to run our New York office and turn things around. 

A firefighter in a business suit. I learned what is important in running a business, which is having SYSTEMS SOP’s in place. It’s the FOUNDATION of a good business. 

Four years ago, I created Smart Business Designs and help small business owners.
