I am very passionate in customer service and management. Eager to grow my career in management. During my time as Plant Service Lead Merchandising Associate @ Lowe's Home Improvement, I have excelled in my role as team lead. Providing exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction, and demonstrating product knowledge to customers. Maintaining department, service, reset, pricing and operational programs. Identifying sale opportunities and creating specific plans of action to drive improved in-stock, sales, and margin performance. Improved departments live good sales year over year by 400%+. Most of all managed team effectively and work closely with other departments. Setting clear and measurable service, and operational goals for the team. Recognizing team for demonstrating effective behaviors and exceeding operational goals. Coaching, training members of the team, providing guidance when necessary while encouraging others to communicate openly and share constructive feedback. During my tenure with state service, I increased my customer service skills, learned case management, time management, scheduling, prioritizing, listening skills and providing services. With each job title, I have went above and beyond to ensure duties were done effectively. During my employment I have been noted as a stellar employee, dependable, exceeding expectations and being a great leader. My strong work ethics, exceptional interpersonal skills, articulate, strong customer service, highly motivated individual has allowed me to excel and grow in customer service and management. My experience includes lots of voluntary ministry work, Entrepreneurship, Real-estate Agent, four years as Admin Tech, & Human Service Specialist (case management).
