Working as a PM on Medical, Banking, University, K-12, Retail, Multi Family, Military and others ranging from $250,000 to $55,000,000 3. Provide accurate budget estimates on CM @ Risk from preliminary to final estimates prior to bidding on K-12 schools and University work. Provide preliminary budget to final estimates on Pharma renovations. 4. Prepare pre qualification packages.
