As a warehouse associate, I was responsible for picking items and safely assembling large pallets to be sent to stores. I followed all safety precautions while operating machinery to keep myself and other safe.

As a warehouse associate, my primary responsibility is handling items and packaging them to send out to customers. 
If needed, I have been trained to unload trucks and palletize items as well as a picker. I will walk around a module and assemble orders for packers to pack and send out to the customer.

Previously The Director of Team Administration and Marketing for Reading United A.C, an amateur soccer team that plays out of the USL 2 league. 

On the team administration side, I am responsible for
Registering a 40-man roster for a season which includes signing and submitting paperwork to the league, managing and submitting international clearances for international players. 

On the marketing side, I am responsible for creating and implanting social media ideas and posts including giveaways, game day posts, and other graphics. To assist with the marketing tactics, I had to recruit ten interns for the season from local colleges and universities.

I was responsible for creating, implementing, and executing sporting events, arts and crafts, and other indoor and outdoor activities for kids and teens with varying mental health issues. I was trained and certified as a ropes course guide, I would take several kids and execute climbs on the course.

As an intern I was responsible for preforming pre and post game operations such as breaking down the field and concourse. I was also the liaison for home, away teams, and the referees to assist with their pre game warm ups.

Worked in team store, responsible for sales, taking inventory, and uploading content for Facebook. I also would participate in fan engagement activities and In game promotions.

Mark Harron graduated from The Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management. His most recent experience working in sports was as the Director of Team Administration and Marketing for Reading United, an amateur soccer team who plays out of the USL two league.
