Throughout my career I've adopted a "client first" ethos and have successfully developed business in countries and organisations with very diverse cultures and business practices (North, Central and Latin America, China, India, Japan to name a few). I'm passionate about developing company culture and people. I have experience in IPO's, mergers & acquisitions (including leading acquisition integration), venture capital and private equity transactions. The world of work is changing, with greater emphasis on finding harmony between work and lifestyle. I've developed a practice to help businesses understand the impact and how to restructure to accommodate, as part of a sustainable growth strategy. Outside work I enjoy road cycling, running, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
