University Health Network

Worked to develop a patient engagement strategy for the entirety of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Developed an engagement report and tool-kit to help facilitate engagement by healthcare providers with the goal of improving patient experience and ultimately health outcomes. 
Also designed surveys and collected data, which was used to develop insights that are contributing to the design and direction of the upcoming $50 M space transformation project.
