Channel Manager EMEA

Responsible for the planning, implementation, and enablement of the Channel Partner plan across EMEA. 

Tasked with building brand new Channel from ground up, key responsibilities include but not limited to
•	Enablement of strategic partners to help them position products and highlight vertical market opportunities and successes. 
•	End to end management of key strategic sales opportunities via the Channel.  
•	Build a positive long-term senior relationship to help increase sales opportunities and maintain excellent relations. 
•	Identify and train individuals key to the success of the partner growth 
•	Manage sales pipeline and forecast accuracy. 
•	Work with and engage with other departments (Service & Marketing) to ensure customer and partner requests and questions are handled in a timely manner. 
•	Own all product and pricing questions and provide partners a single point of contact for guidance and direction regarding product information, pricing, presentations and technical support. 
•	On-board, train and ramp up new partners.

Building on customer knowledge base, to enable them to be able to fulfill requirements throughout multiple verticals, by delivering Vendor specific go to market strategy for each arena.

Relationship management and customer service, quote generation, and profiling of accounts to find future growth to sell more of Arrows portfolio. 

Responsible for the sales of Checkpoint, Juniper, McAfee, Trend, Bluecoat, amongst others into my accounts. Liaising with Vendor specific Business teams to ensure growth and retention of partners and discovery of new opportunities.

Key achievements within role include, but are not limited to. Exceeding target for entire tenure of role. Increasing revenue in first 2 years, from £7.5 million to £10 million turnover per annum. Development of underachieving accounts into 3rd highest achieving accounts against Target in 2013.
