Account Manager

* Indentifying key marketing opportunities, implementing marketing strategies and delivering on objectives
* Ensure that the digital marketing strategy is in line with the overall business needs and that it is implemented and executed within relevant time scales
* Fully utilise all available Social Media channels to help with the reach of the service as well as the development and promotion of the Family Information Service brand. I have recently completed a Diploma in Social Media through the NLP.
* Plan, monitor and evaluate (through Google Analytics) Pay Per Click adverts/campaigns through Facebook and Google Adwords. Ensuring that the budgets are appropriate for the campaigns to help drive the intended reach audience traffic through to the main web page. 
* Ensure that the different Family Information Service WebPages are accurate and relevant to ensure a better organic search engine ranking; this includes ensuring the keywords are correct and relevant for the different pages.
* Carry out regular e mail marketing campaigns to all of the service users; this includes child care providers, other businesses/organisations and voluntary organisations. These campaigns are usually around update and what the service can offer for them, but bi-annually it is an evaluation of the service and information held on the WebPages
* Evaluation of all marketing strategies & campaigns and to monitor the hits to the WebPages and to see if the PPC campaigns have led to natural customer retention

As well as the marketing and brand promotion of the Family Information Service, I also over see other key service areas - 
* Manage the Family Information Service, providing information, advice and guidance to parents regarding suitable registered early year’s provision.

In my previous role I dealt with Performance Indicators for Cheshire County Council, which involved the collection of data, which is then submitted to the ODPM. The combined collection of these indicators dictates the Council’s performance star rating. In my previous position I was responsible for the pulling together information for 5 Best Value Performance indicators of which 1 was audited by external auditors to ensure the correct criteria had been met. I have incorporated my performance experience and knowledge into the Family Information Service, something the service never previously had.
