With over 20 years experience in the customer service field, I know how important the customer journey is and always will be. I’m currently found on the Gold Coast working out of Good Things, taking on the QLD account manager role I service businesses big and small for anything merch you can dream up - I mean anything! Previous to this, I worked as AS Colour’s QLD/NSW Area Manager, helping better retail operations for our QLD and NSW stores by using real life “on the ground” experiences. With a strong passion for skateboarding I have worked as Store Manager at Globebrand, Burleigh Heads, where I helped connect the Globebrand story through skateboarding events in numerous ways, as well as promoting some of the biggest skateboarding brands in the world to the Gold Coast skateboarding community. I strive to bring an above and beyond attitude to any task that is handed my way!
