Responsible for developing and supporting a large team of 600 community fundraisers across the UK. Managed approx 165 street collections nationally. Managed and coordinated annual Animal Aid sponsored walk and annual Purple Poppy Campaign across the UK.

Managed Pin Badge Collection Scheme across London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Managed team of 450 volunteers across the Region and created Local Volunteer Coordinators to manage teams of up to 20 volunteers in their local area. Organised a series of annual Volunteer Thank You events to celebrate their success and recognise their amazing efforts
