My career journey through these domains has equipped me with a unique set of experience and skills such as stakeholder management, project management and decision-making, enabling me to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results. In recent years I contributed to the transformation and modernisation of the University of Surrey’s student services department. Student satisfaction increased leading to a rise in the University’s rankings. My exceptional performance in facilitating the transformation was recognised by the University’s COO. During the pandemic, I successfully managed Covid support services at the University of Surrey, supporting thousands of students. Surrey was one of only 2 universities in the country that saw their student satisfaction rise during the pandemic. I possess a rare blend of creativity, analytical thinking and an eye-for-detail, delivering impactful results. 

I constantly learn in order to stay up-to-date and have obtained professional credentials in Digital and Social Media Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking and Change Management.
