This was a role that I used an analytical approach in to ensure low churn rates with a very high renewal uptake. A data-driven role working with Enterprise clients.

I am responsible for the concept, strategy and direction of the team. With our subscription-based SaaS model, we provide solutions to SMEs within the UK that include mobile app development and management,  SEO, PPC and other media services designed to maximise ROI.

Maximise and track the effectiveness of our innovative, subscription-based Cloud software to enterprise-level clients by directing day to day activities of the customer and sales teams to ensure overachievements against sales quotas and churn rates. 

Evaluate the performance of 16 new business sales staff through analytic reporting, 1-2-1’s and first-hand coaching. Recruited the sales and customer teams from scratch and have coached, mentored and retained the teams whilst keeping a strong and successful bond. Deliver the strategic vision to achieve the bottom line by devising and implementing departmental policies, goals, renewals, objectives, and procedures. 

Identify and implement best practice strategies across the business. Selling large, complex software deals to Enterprise clients and C-level decision-makers.
