I have a background in customer success and service where I've spent years working on my people and communication skills. I've decided to transition into B2B sales. I have experience in B2C sales which I believe will help me with the transition. I've spent the last 3 months taking a thorough and intensive online course in technology sales development. I've taken a huge liking to reading some amazing sales books and personal development books. From authors such as Dale Carnegie to Og Mandino. I've read books such as "How to win friends and influence people", "Fanatical Prsopecting", and "Spin". All which I'd like to turn my knowledge to practical skills. I've learned skills like researching new prospects, cold outreach, running a discovery call using SPIN & BANT. With many other skills that are needed to be a successful Sales Development Rep. I'm currently looking to break into the field of a sales representative from the ground up. where I can apply and refine the skills I've been learning and practicing. I can be a real asset to your sales team with my knowledge of using a sales cadence to maximize my productivity to push as much pipeline for your company as possible.
