With experience in senior leadership and executive-level roles, I take my passion for working in purpose-driven organisations and apply strategic thinking developed in commercial and customer-centred environments. These areas include healthcare, government, professional sport and the not-for-profit sector. I bring the art and science of human connection and complexity thinking together to create growth and meaningful change inside and outside of organisations. I do this by linking my strong understanding of and experience in strategy, leadership, behavioural insights, marketing and communications, learning and development, stakeholder engagement and corporate speaking. As Chairperson of a small not-for-profit helping people from disadvantaged backgrounds through sport and recreation, and a speaker/media talent for nationwide charity The Smith Family, I have a strong desire to improve the lives of vulnerable members of our community.
