So after being in Tech Recruitment for over 10 years, and progressing all the way through to being a director of a successful business unit I must be doing something right! That is why after 11 years the time was right to create Mirus Talent - A Tech recruitment Agency. Mirus was created with the purpose to discover your extraordinary. We are on a mission to discover the best businesses to support, discover the best tech talent and to create an extraordinary experience. We are under no illusion that this takes time, we believe anything is possible and with that belief we know it is going to be one heck of a journey. Partnering up with a recruiter is more than just finding talent for your business, it is about brand, customer experience and making those meaningful connections. My success hasn’t come from working with 100’s of clients. It has come from building a relationship with a few client that is based on respect and trust. My role at Mirus Talent is to focus on partnering up with business that are looking for more than just a transactional relationship. I want to be working with businesses that I can learn from, businesses that come with no ego and businesses that put people first. As time progresses, so will Mirus.
