I started my career in the medical device industry with a start-up, which I helped build into a profitable and thriving organization that was successfully sold to a multinational organization. Here are some of the accomplishments I am most proud of: Transitioning to commercial leadership roles and eventually heading up Global Sales & Marketing for the most profitable division. Driving value creation whether measured in operating income or EBITDA improvement. Being involved with two private equity-backed companies and driving revenue and EBITDA growth while executing successful exits to both strategic and financial buyers. Always maintaining a sense of curiosity and most recently building teams that executed on developing new intellectual property to dramatically improve patient care.
