I'm an independent designer and consultant based in the UK, with a current focus on helping tech startups and founders leverage design to improve their products. I’m a broad-skilled generalist, able to apply visual design skills, design thinking, and prototyping ability towards solving problems. My approach is to create things that are useful and usable, putting the user at the heart of all design decisions. I have a 25 year background in graphic design, working on branding, websites and marketing comms. In recent years I’ve been adding more product related skills, including design thinking, user research, and prototyping. Aside from design, I enjoy building products online and develop websites in Webflow or prototype using integrated tools, automations and workflows. I have experimented with building and launching my own digital products, including selling 120+ copies of an ebook and winning awards at a 2021 hackathon.
