Over the last 20 years I've helped many local, national and international businesses on their telecoms journey which has ultimately benefited the customer by becoming a better connected business. This includes setting up contact centres, evaluating costs and delivering the best solution to suit all user groups. Every day projects include upgrading outdated phone systems to new technologies, supplying data and broadband connections along with managing mobile tariffs and equipment. I've been fortunate enough to work for some great people, share their visions and develop my own.
