-President, North America @ Parsl (Jun'19-May'21). Seed stage, global blockchain based supply chain platform for cannabis (Melbourne, Australia). Led strategy, fundraising, revenue and operations for North America.

-Vice President @ littleBits (Aug'18-May'19). Tasked to scale global S&OP. Analyzed GTM channels in order to align with the user demographic and maximize revenue. Identified market trends that outlined an urgent need to exit the Consumer Toy market and focus on the Education & Curriculum business in order to preserve viability of the company. Led the transition to B2B sales development in the Education market. Revised the incentive plan to focus sales metrics on new student acquisitions onboarded onto the littleBits education platform.

Led TiVo’s Retail Sales & Marketing Team into a new era of Advanced TV. 

Accelerated TiVo’s hardware cycle to 1-year (from 36-months). By 2016 households topped +6.5m worldwide, a new milestone for the company. We grew our retail presence with Best Buy & Amazon, increasing sales by +50%, while gaining new business in more-profitable channels. 

Established streaming/advertising partnerships with the Amazon FireTV & Roku teams.

Corporate Officer, assisted Rovi M&A (2017)

Vice President Revenue, Consumer Group

Sonos, Inc.

First 100 employees, 2nd non-technical leader in the US. 

Launched the first wireless Sonos speaker product in the world (ZP-S5). Established, led and expanded the retail presence of this new audio brand in the United States.

Grew the retail footprint to +3,700 US locations, generating ~$1B revenue in 5 years.  Focused a fast growing team of 30 on process innovation to manage massive growth with consistency and accuracy.

Assisted in the creation of an in-house Demand Planning team to manage global supply chain process.  Created in-field experience team to insure execution of the last 3ft of the sale.

Grew into multiple distribution channels, dominating every market we entered.  Expanded into non-traditional & experimental channels, adding the US Military Exchange’s worldwide network of stores as well as AT&T, Comcast & Cox Communications stores where we innovated on price with the first subscription (beta).  By 2014, the team’s efforts were rewarded with Global #1 market share in Home Audio.

Director of GTM Operations & Business Development - USA

Sharp Electronics Corporation USA

Successfully established effective processes for new account programs, clear distribution policies and ROI measurement guidelines to maximize Sharp’s Market Development expenditures.  Also successful in authoring and implementing Sharp’s first Online Policies and Rules of Engagement procedures for the web; including active Online Marketing efforts in One-to-One marketing as well as Social Media.  In this role I acted as a liaison between the existing Sales & Marketing Groups, streamlining both the internal communication throughout the organization as well as the external communication to account partners, becoming a prominent voice in the Consumer Electronics industry on behalf of (SEMCA) Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America.

Associate Vice President of Channel Marketing and Strategic Sales

Led the Sharp U.S.A. sales force through a major logistic and organizational transformation, combining the three (3) major US business units… Consumer Audio/Video, Home Appliances and Home Office Divisions.  Successfully installed new pricing policies and end-to-end processes.  This was a major overhaul of the US Sales & Marketing Company, transforming it into Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America.

Associate Vice President of Sales

Specifically responsible for managing Consumer Product sales to Best Buy, Magnolia and Target.  Successfully grew this portfolio from $160M to over $300M annually, equating to approximately 20% of Sharp’s total U.S. Consumer Electronics business.  During this time, far surpassed the business unit’s annual volume attainment goals while also improving Sharp’s efficiencies by applying previous SCM experience into the launch of Sharp’s first CPFR pilot with their largest world-wide customer, Best Buy.

Sony Electronics

Responsible for $450M in annual sales to Circuit City based in Richmond, VA.  Effectively grew the business to over $750M and gained worldwide exposure among the highest levels of Sony’s Sr. Management for innovative Supply Chain expertise, launching Sony’s first Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment pilot program as a member of the VICS - CPFR institute.

National Account Manager

Led the Western Zone’s sales of Sony Home Theater Products.  This role successfully managed a staff of seven (7), generating sales of over $150M per year to Sony’s authorized dealer & distributor network.
