Here are a few recent career highlights to demonstrate this: • Delivered a national transformation initiative impacting ~600 stakeholders. This initiative reduced transaction rework and turnaround times by ~50% • Designed a business case to secure $1.5m increased funding to implement a new operating model. One major outcome of this initiative was an improvement in time-critical transaction drawdowns by 50% • Undertook multiple high-profile roles as part of the team leading the $8.2B sale of the Esanda finance business to Macquarie. This initially included preparation of a marketable ‘business in a box’ operational team consisting of >60 FTE. Then I worked on the classification and separation of >100 complex integrated corporate finance facilities totaling >$1B.
